Peeler Pelle – Flexible, High-Quality peeling machine

The Pelle Spelt Peeler is a versatile and robust machine designed for gentle and precise peeling of grains, legumes, and some oilseeds. Featuring a vibrating sieve basket, blower system, and adjustable peeling settings, it ensures optimal processing while maintaining the integrity and quality of each grain.
With a capacity of up to 100 kg/h (depending on seed type), it is perfect for small to medium-scale production in oil mills, artisanal food production, farm shops, and pilot plants. The machine can be customized with optional dosing units, conveyor attachments, or transport systems, allowing seamless integration into different production lines.
Durably built for long-term use, the Pelle is able to peel spelt, oats, soybeans, lupins, sunflower seeds, amaranth, quinoa, millet and other seeds with ease. When combined with the Polly polishing and brushing machine or the Mill Concentrator, it enables further refinement into polished grains, flour, or specialty products.
