Our Spelt dehuller, also known as Entspelzer, is a highly versatile machine designed for peeling hemp seeds, buckwheat, and a variety of grains. With a processing capacity of up to 100 kg/h (depending on seed type), it is ideal for small to medium-scale operations that value efficient, gentle, and high-quality seed processing.
Equipped with a tilting table separator, sieve basket and supplied with 10 standard sieves (over 20 additional sieve options), making it flexible for different seed types. Key parameters such as peeling gap, suction power, and rotational speed are fully adjustable, ensuring precise control over the degree of peeling.
The integrated table separator reliably separates husks, shells, and light residues from the peeled seeds, providing a clean, consistent end product.
