The KK SBS 500 Impact Peeler is a compact yet high-performance machine designed for peeling seeds and legumes. With a capacity of up to approximately 500 kg/h and powered by a 2.2 kW motor, it is ideal for sunflower seeds, soybeans, lupines, peanuts, hazelnuts, peas, rapeseed, and many other seeds (upon request).
The machine comes with a plug-and-play suction system and is designed for easy integration into small to medium-scale production lines. Optional accessories, including different throwing wheels, impact rings, and an aero-cyclone, allow precise adaptation to seed type and moisture content, optimizing both efficiency and peeling quality.
The KK SBS 500 can be combined with a seed cleaner, and its installation can be customized to meet individual production requirements.
