KKF470/10-3 – High-Capacity filter press for large-scale oil production

The KKF470/10‑3 is a heavy-duty filter press designed for large-scale plant oil production, capable of filtering up to 2000 L per day. Equipped with 10–20 filter plates providing 3.9–8 m² of filter surface and a 40 L chamber volume, it delivers consistently clean and high-quality oil, ideal for both filtered and refined cooking oils.
Operating on 400 V/3‑phase, this industrial filter press features a robust construction (2500×1000×1800 mm, approximately 630 kg) with stainless steel piping, an expansion tank, automatic pump control, and a fine filter. Recirculation of filter cake is possible, enabling optimized extraction and minimal waste.
