The Electric Roaster is specifically designed for roasting nuts, lupins, and pumpkin seed mass with precision and consistency. Available in 30 L or 70 L capacities, it features a powerful 6–9.5 kW heating system controlled by an electronic thermostat, adjustable between 50–300 °C, ensuring optimal roasting for a wide range of seeds and nuts.
The steplessly adjustable stirring speed, combined with a manual tilting system, guarantees uniform roasting and prevents scorching. Constructed from robust stainless steel (1.4404), the roaster is built for durability and long-term use in demanding production environments.
